    1, Controlled gas carburizing technology

     

    Use of protective gas of heat absorption (by air and gas reaction) mixed with carburizing atmosphere (natural gas), in 900-950 ℃ under the carburizing process, which can realize the automatic control of carbon potential, generally about 1.15%, the control precision of plus or minus 0.05%.


    Characteristics: the carburizing speed is fast, the part is carburized deep, the hardness, the organization is uniform, the hardness of the same batch parts can be up to 1.5 HRC. The surface of seal quench is not decarburized and without oxidation. Typical parts: rear axle gear, car gearbox, automobile steering gear, etc.

     

    2, Pressure quenching technology
     

    To heat the steel to the right temperature, a hardening process of hardening of the bed by quenching the pressure of the bed, often applied to the chassis gears of the heavy car, which is usually applied to the deformation or correction of the small part of the demand load.

    3, Gas soften nitride technology


    Use of protective gas of heat absorption (by air and gas reaction) mixed with ammonia, conducted in 500-600 ℃.
    Characteristics:  the infiltration layer is even; the compound layer is uniform and continuous, reaching up to 0.006 mm. After heat, the deformation is small.
    Typical parts: car tooth hub, shock absorber rod, engine gear, etc.

     

    4, Modified treatment technology


    We can quench products oxidized or ono-oxidized. Non-oxidized quenching is carried out in a protective atmosphere to ensure that the parts are not oxidized or decarburized.
    Characteristics: uniform hardness and uniform structure.
    Typical parts: emi-axle, drag hook, torsion bar, various gaskets etc.

     

    5, Gas carburizing(carbonitriding) technology

     


    Adopt a heat-absorbing protective atmosphere (reaction from air and gas) with natural gas and ammonia.
    It's characterized by the rapid seepage, the depth of the parts, the hardness, the consistency of the tissue.
    Typical parts: the car split fork.

     

    6, The permeability technology


    The organic seeping agent is injected into the atmosphere of carburizing, which promotes the decomposition of the enrichment components and the activation phase interface, shortening the carburizing cycle.
    It is characterized by low carbon temperature and short cycle, prolonged equipment life, small deformation of parts, uniform surface infiltration of parts, and easy to obtain diffuse distribution of microcarbides, enhancing the wear resistance of parts.
    Typical parts: car rear axle gear, car gearbox gear, automobile steering gear and other carburizing parts.

     

    7, Annealing process 

    Heat the steel to the appropriate temperature for a certain amount of time, then slowly cool (generally with the furnace cooling). The commonly used annealing methods are completely annealing, spheroidizing annealing, stress annealing, etc.

    8, Seepage control technology 

    Through some physical or chemical methods, in the process of C or oozing of steel, the steel is partially not seeped with a C or seepage heat treatment process. For example, the method of bolt insertion for chassis gear thread is used to prevent thread infiltration C, and the anti-seepage agent is used to prevent the thread seepage C. The anti-seepage process is often used in areas where no C or N is needed.

    9, Ion soften nitride technolog 

    Ion nitriding is a surface chemical heat treatment process using nitriding for glow discharge generated between the workpiece (cathode) and the furnace (anode) in a low vacuum (≤ 2000Pα) nitrogen atmosphere. Ion nitriding is a common gas nitriding time of 1 / 3-1 / 5, energy consumption is 40% -70% of gas nitriding, parts deformation is minimal. As a new method of nitriding, has been widely used in automotive, machinery, precision instruments, extrusion machines, mold and many other areas, its application is still growing.

     

    10, Pressure shot-blasting technology

     

    Within the pressure shot-blasting machine, the pieces on the turntable drop besides delay circular motion, also on the clamp around its own axis rotation, that compared with normal shot peening, flat workpieces is thrown, the bombardment of steel shot more evenly.
    The characteristic is that the workpiece surface can obtain a higher uniform pressure stress layer. Extended service life.
    Typical parts: driven bevel gear.

     

    11, Isothermal normalizing technology

     

    After the workpiece is heated to a predetermined temperature, keep enough time, in the special controlled cooling device, rapid cooling to the predetermined temperature, isothermal forming P + F under this temperature.
    Characteristic: the P+F organization of fine grain can be obtained. Little hardness. It can avoid the production of bainite tissue, improve the machining accuracy and reduce the final heat treatment deformation.
    Typical parts: various requirements of high precision, small deformation, motorcycle gear.
